Your insurance carrier will need the following information in order to issue a correct insurance certificate for T-stop,inc.
If you do not already have a carrier of your choice, we recommend our friendly insurance partner DeWitt Stern:
1. T-stop, Inc. (use our business address) must be named as "Loss Payee and Additional Insured."
2.Coverage must include, explicitly, "Miscellaneous Equipment," "Rented Equipment "or "Rented and Leased Equipment."
3.Policies must list the limit, deductible and expiration date. (minimum insurance coverage for package rentals must be no less than $250,000)
4.Policies with Unattended Vehicles Disclaimers will NOT be accepted.
5.Certificate must be with us 48 hours before pick-up. ALL certificates and attached forms are subject to verification and approval by the management before the equipment is released.
6.Insurance can be obtained through DeWitt Stern or an insurance company of your choice.
